Presque Isle Neighborhood Network (PINN) is a community-led nonprofit organization driving inclusive and comprehensive community and economic development in Millcreek Township, Pennsylvania, with a focus on revitalizing the historic neighborhoods at the foot of Presque Isle State Park into a connected, creative, and thriving place to be. Our mission is to ultimately foster vibrant, resilient communities where residents can live, work, and belong. PINN supports place-based initiatives that promote equitable development, affordable housing, civic pride, public spaces, and sustainability, all rooted in the unique identity and potential of our footprint. We collaborate with residents, businesses, and public partners to: - Strengthen our footprint's local economy through entrepreneurship and strategic investment; - Increase access to affordable, quality housing for all; - Elevate the arts and cultural expression as drivers of community pride and cohesion; - Advance environmental sustainability, promote walkability and infrastructure, and expand and revitalize public and greenspaces; - Build civic capacity and deepen community engagement at every step. PINN was established to create a new model for revitalization that is community-centered, future-facing, and rooted in listening. We believe the neighborhoods surrounding Presque Isle are poised to become one of the most dynamic destination spots in western Pennsylvania, and we’re building the framework to get there.
