Our Way Career Coaching

I am not a traditional career coach. I make up my own rules, break them, and make new ones. Together we will figure out what you want out of your life beyond your career and use that as our guide to get you a career that makes sense for you. Our Way was created with the sole purpose of helping women rid themselves of any limiting beliefs, and giving them the confidence, direction, and tools they need to achieve their goals unappologetically. I offer both 1:1 coaching as well as customized workshops for groups (sororities, campus clubs, etc).
