Outcome Driven Fund

The Outcome Driven Fund is a 3 C1 private placement for accredited investors. The Management Company will create investment contracts generally categorized as either growth or income strategies. The growth strategies will be designed to deliver positive annual returns during periods of overall market strength while reducing or eliminating downside capture during periods of overall market weakness. The income strategies are designed to offer attractive annual coupons (paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) with significant embedded downside protectors in an investment with little to no interest rate sensitivity. The Management Company will utilize multiple counterparties to diversify and manage the credit exposure of the limited partners. The returns of the fund will be predicated on a variety of different underliers including, but not limited to, individual equities, equity indices, sectors, interest rates and commodities
