Are you supporting people one-to-one over time? Do you want to work in a relational way to address multiple areas of a person's life? If so, you’ll know the biggest shifts don’t happen overnight. Nor are they always the outcomes people can easily see and celebrate. This is where Outcomes Star can help - a whole-life, strengths-based framework to guide conversations with those you support and capture outcomes that matter to them. With the first Star published in 2006, there are now over 50 evidence-based and validated versions, developed in collaboration with sectors, services and the people they support, and available with software, training and specialist advice for relational support services. As an employee-owned social enterprise, our goal is to support the people who make change happen with practical tools that guide the way, building a community of practice that makes change visible, understood and possible.
