Our CEO, Gareth Richards, founded Outdoor Prolink in his basement in 2004. He spent years in the outdoor industry - working as a mountain guide, kayak guide, and outdoor educator. His love of the outdoors has led him to build a company with a crew who love to get after it! We are all truly lovers of the outdoors ourselves - our motto is "work hard so we can clock out and play even harder". Climbing, skiing, hiking, training, coding, traveling, eating… you name it, our crew is going for the send!
