Outdoor Rep

Outdoor Rep is working to get outdoor gear and equipment into the hands of low-income and BIPOC people to help recolor the outdoors. We do this by partnering with retailers in the space and using these connections to provide grants to interested candidates. The name stands for representation, reparations, and reprieve, as Outdoor Rep aspires to increase the representation of people of colors in outdoor spaces though gear-based reparations, and by elevating the art and stories of people of color. Through out platform, we hope to create opportunities for reprieve, healing, and growth from the beauty that nature has to offer.
