Outerbridge Consulting (OC) provides a range of confidential individual and group consulting services, including executive coaching, career strategy, counselling, and learning and development: EXECUTIVE COACHING: flexible, client-focused coaching on topics including imposter syndrome, confidence, managing up, executive presence, management skills, and leadership. These services are delivered in accordance with the International Coaching Federation's code of ethics. CAREER STRATEGY: OC provides timely, career coaching and consulting services to individual and corporate clients. Private career strategy services include: career exploration, resume/cover letter writing, interview skills, salary negotiation, LinkedIn, professional branding, and everything in between. COUNSELLING: OC’s counselling expertise focuses on helping clients move through change, and cope with grief associated with job loss, and/or changes in employment status. These services are delivered in accordance with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association’s code of ethics. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT: Howie’s skills, honed through over 25 years of pan-industry facilitation and curriculum development experience, help organizations grow and develop their people in a variety of areas. Areas of expertise include communication, coaching, and personal and professional development.
