Within 2 short years of its initial release, what started as a project to satisfy their shared sense of adventure has grown and evolved into a real contender in the spirits market, ready to take on the world. Beginning among the famed dunder pits of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, our premium grade rum is produced in column stills, to the finest specification. Its destiny, however, does not lie in the Caribbean, and the onward journey that follows spans wide oceans and busy ports — eventually finding a home to rest in in the foothills of the Cairngorms, a quiet corner of Scotland’s whisky distilling heartland. Through a unique cask maturation process, the Outlaw rubs shoulders with the whisky elite, but will always be an outsider in these parts. Utilising the very best wood management and specific cask selection, this spirit evolves the unique nose and taste profile that will come to define it and be celebrated by those who savour each drop.
