OSG creates investor presentations, pitch books, financial modeling support, graphic design, valuation advisory, and any supporting products for transactions. The Company's typical service consists of coaching maturing businesses that are positioning to raise capital by preparing a presentation to market to investors, as well as provide valuation guidance. The Company also employs graphic designers who have built iPhone app graphics, websites, and animation videos for our clients. Since it's inception, OSG has been hired to package/analyze over $1.25 billion worth of transactions amounting to over 40 deals.
