Founded in 2022 by Justine Mach (Vietnam) and Samuel Chen (USA), Outreach Debate is a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to make public speaking and debate learning and connecting opportunities more accessible to students from all around the world. By providing learning resources, hosting free camps, and fostering a close online-community, we empower students from 70+ cities across Vietnam, India, Kazakhstan, USA, Canada, Pakistan, Philippines, and more!
