Current search tools and discovery apps allow people to examine a few options and make a choice without much confidence that their choice is the best choice, or even very good - making an informed choice requires an extensive investment of time and effort: tedious on desktop, impossible on mobile. Outseeker empowers people to make the best choices easily and quickly. We are attacking a problem in mobile and local search with a new paradigm: cost/value optimization.
