Estabilished in 2013 as TEXO IT in Joinville, Brazil, to empower the technology division of companies through a specialized software development workforce. With the experience acquired alongside our clients, we identified the need to create a team of specialists to outsource software creation and implementation in organizations. As such, we began allocating experienced professionals to serve large businesses of different sectors with outsourcing and headhunting services. In 2024, we launched outsera, a brand designed to reinforce our vision of growth and continuous improvement in the Information Technology market.
