Established in 2014, Out The Box is a hub that exists to equip young black creative, entrepreneurial talent with the opportunities and connections they need through virtual events and workshops, and industry opportunities.
Through our events and partnerships over the years, Out The Box has built a robust community of Black and minority ethnic creatives, professionals, and networks.
In 2019, after many conversations and inquiries from brands and companies who were lacking strong pipelines of Black creative professionals, and new brands who wanted to rapidly increase their networks, we ventured out into community management.
