Outward Bound provides challenging experiences in the natural world to help people discover, develop and achieve their potential. Outward Bound journeys are both internal and external journeys of discovery. In our base camps, programs and offices, we seek to create a model for how the world can be: a compassionate world where people of diverse backgrounds are unconditionally accepted for who they are, and encouraged to become the best they can be. We believe all people have the right to discover, develop and achieve their potential. We work in the natural world, allowing people to expand their awareness and appreciation for the environment. Our practices respect the areas we work in, leaving minimal impact so that they can be enjoyed by future generations.
