Ovelle is revolutionizing fertility treatment through human in vitro oogenesis—producing eggs from somatic cells. Our approach uses directed differentiation of human iPSCs to ovarian cell types (including granulosa cells and meiotic germ cells) by manipulating expression of TFs and RNA-binding proteins. We are the first company to be develop technology to induce meiosis in human iPSCs.
