Over-The-Rainbow (OTR) is the mental wellness initiative of the WholeTree Foundation. It is a one-stop hub for youth mental wellness.
The not-for-profit family foundation was founded by Yen-Lu & Yee Ling Chow, in loving memory of their only son, Lawrance H. Chow, who ended his own life at the age of 26 after suffering from manic depression
