Overall Consulting is an SBE located in California, focusing on vertical and heavy civil construction projects. Overall Consulting strives to work alongside the project team to utilize the Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule as a tool to both protect the clients’ interest and to forecast the project completion date accurately. As a small business, we are continually transforming and revolutionizing the scheduling industry for value-added project controls by devising plans, transforming those plans into a schedule, incorporating cost and resources, and analyzing the data. Overall Consulting was formed to serve those general contractors who need a contract required detailed CPM schedule managed by an SME, but do not have the resources to create one themselves. We strive to produce expert-level scheduling services, whether it is a proposal schedule to impress the owner, or a resource/cost loaded baseline schedule coded to USACE, NAVFAC, DOE, CALTRANS, state governments, and local governments contractual standards.
