OverLeveraged

OverLeveraged is an undergraduate finance organization that focuses on the education of its members in corporate and municipal financial restructuring and distressed debt investments. Our RSO provides light into the restructuring process for the University of Chicago undergraduate community. Each quarter OverLeveraged publishes a newsletter detail restructuring and distressed debt case studies in four different areas: sovereign bankruptcy, hedge fund distressed debt investments (Special Situation investments), repeat bankruptcies, and distressed private equity. This newsletter is sent out to restructuring, investment, and legal professionals.
