Oversea Arch is a 3D architectural modeling and rendering remote service, a sharing economy platform with more than 50 experienced architects and visualizers (from a developing country, all over age 35 and being selected carefully). - How we operate: + Each member of our administrators as a coordinator, is responsible for communicating with customers, is fully responsible for the company and customers about the progress and quality of work, and must participate directly in the process to ensure the quality and progress of the customer's work if needed. + Visualization collaborators are managed by the administrators and are responsible for coordinating together to meet the needs of customers. + The administrators regularly and periodically evaluate the work results of freelance collaborators. If any collaborator does not meet the progress and the quality of work, will be removed from our group and replaced by another selected one. - Why do we have reasonable prices and guarantee the quality, volume, and schedule of work for you? + Firstly: We come from Vietnam with cheaper labor costs than in your country. + Secondly: We operate under the sharing economy model. We share software license keys, 3D items, experience, and knowledge... so we minimize operating costs, we are freelance visualizers. + Thirdly: Our administrators are all experienced operators, fluent in English for architecture, and architectural visualization. They understand that ensuring quality and work progress for customers is the most important thing. + Fourthly: We all have experience and work discipline. + Fifthly: We have many members and can increase the number if needed, each member has their own strengths and has mutual support, so we always meet your diverse needs in terms of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualizing architectural interior, exterior, and animation.
