We are Overture International, a nonprofit established by individuals in both the US and Haiti to empower Haitian families and their communities to be active and engaged in building full, hopeful and independent lives. We are the catalyst for the work at ESPWA in the south of Haiti, a child development center that makes every attempt to keep children in the most natural and supportive environment possible – the family.
Simply put, our belief is that job creation is the ultimate solution to combating the ongoing cycle of poverty that results in family separation, vulnerability to natural disasters, and a dependence on foreign aid.
