Unsere Erkenntnisse geben wir an unsere Studierenden an der OVGU Magdeburg weiter und kommunizieren sie mit euch auf LinkedIn. ⚧️ Wir begleiten Organisationen auf ihrem Weg hin zu mehr Vielfalt und unterstützen sie dabei, die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen zu meistern. 🌍 Wir zeigen strategisch sinnvolle Internationalisierungsansätze auf und entwickeln gezielte Handlungsempfehlungen mit unseren Partner:innen. ⚡ Im Bereich Digitalisierung und Innovation identifizieren wir bisher ungenutzte Potentiale und befähigen Organisationen dazu, neue Chancen zu nutzen und strukturiert anzugehen. ++++ English version ++++ At the Chair of International Management, we strive to expand the current state of knowledge in our field through our research projects. Together with our cooperation partners across business and academia, we gain new insights, and develop strategic concepts for practice. We pass on our findings to our students at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and discuss them with you on LinkedIn. ⚧️ We accompany organizations on their way to more diversity and help them face the challenges that get in the way. 🌍 We develop specific recommendations for our partners and identify suitable internationalization strategies. ⚡ In the area of digitalization and innovation, we identify untapped potential, enable organizations to take advantage of new opportunities, and approach them in a structured manner.
