In addition to the sustainability of its ingredients, Ovidias also pays a great deal of attention to the choice of suitable, sustainable packaging. All our packaging material is 100% recyclable. The cardboard, the aluminium cans, the foil, etc.
We choose to wrap our chocolates individually in a flowpack. As a result,
we use up to 50% less plastic, compared to using a traditional blister packaging. The plastic is also 100% recyclable.
The flowpack also reduces the amount of waste, as the chocolates keep fresh longer. After all, the environmental impact of food waste is at least as high as that of plastic.
