Organisation of the introduction week ("OWee") of Delft University of Technology in August for about 4000 new freshmen. Each year there is a new board of 8 students. The students are guided throughout the year by Sanne Gijsberts, Aileen van der Steen, Salomé Tiemersma & Alex Lokhorst.
