Owen Key Construction Services was established in May of 2021 with the intent to bring knowledge, experience, and guidance to our clients. We’re focused on providing project leadership & management services to make every venture successful. Michael Key, the founder of OKCS, identified a real need for third-party project management services. He envisioned that clients would have the opportunity to execute complex projects by harnessing an external resource that felt like an internal team. We pride ourselves on being true partners and prefer to get engaged when the project is still only a dream, so that we can help set the foundation for bringing these projects to life. We work diligently through contract negotiations, design expectations & pre-construction so that the project is set up appropriately, to mitigate major construction & coordination issues.
