OWL is the Optimised Waste & Logistics Partnership, developed to provide fully-integrated technology for the waste, transport and logistics industries. Individual OWL partners are specialists in their own fields but by working together, and with professional organisations such as FORS, CILT and CIWM, OWL is leading the way in developing truly integrated technology that is driving up standards of safety and compliance. OWL’s Chairman is Barry Sheerman, MP who has extensive experience in road safety for Government. The partnership is managed by CMS SupaTrak on behalf of the OWL Partnership and Visie Communications organises the OWL Roadshows.
