We provide a home for men leaving prison who would otherwise be homeless. Our approach is to recognise the skills and talent in each person, and together in the supportive Own Merit community we help each other to succeed.
Working with wonderful partners and employers across Northamptonshire, we help prepare the men for work and then support them so they can maintain their job.
While we pride ourselves on our safe environment, it is the men themselves who make Own Merit a success.
