We are a team of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and Psychologists who are passionate about supporting our local communities. Having successfully helped over 2000 adults and young people to overcome a range of difficulties since in Oxford. Hearing about the need for a therapy service for adults and young people in Birmingham we opened clinics in September 2018.
We understand the courage and effort it takes to seek help and will offer an assessment and therapy within a week of referral. Referrals can be made by anyone by email, website, phone or letter.
We are happy to support adults , children , schools and organisations either face to face or via skype.
