Atmostherapy

We are a group of multidisciplinary artists, psychologists and neuroscientists from Brighton and Hove who design and deliver immersive sensory relaxation experiences to help promote positive mental health. We specialise in support for those with neurodivergent conditions and offer both group and one-to-one sessions. Combining digital art and colour, light, scent, soundscapes and live music, we provide sensory experiences for groups and one-to-one music and sound therapy sessions, particularly for people with Dementia or Autism.
