For the last 10 years Oxley Home Care’s staff have been providing Private Care, Home Care, Nursing and Allied Health Support that enables people, regardless of their age, to live independently in their own home throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area.
As a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience, founder Gilian Douglass is passionate about delivering a person centred approach to care, ensuring that her clients enjoy a better quality of life and maintain their social and community connections.
Oxley Home Care deliver a range of quality in-home care services to a variety of clients. The core category of services we deliver include;
• Private Clients - including Self-funded retirees who want some in-home support to stay living in their own home
• Home Care Packages - for clients who have been assessed by MY Aged Care and ACAT for a Home Care Package and are eligible for Government subsidised care
• Veteran Clients - Domestic support, low level personal care and respite, and Community Nursing care for Veterans and their widows/widowers
• Nursing and Allied Health - support for clients who may need to access additional support on a temporary or long term basis to supplement other care needs or support requirements
• Brokerage Agencies – support requests from Government agencies or other businesses who request support from Oxley Home Care’s Care Workers based on skills, availability and geographical location
