Initially funded by D-Prize and founded by a team of passionate individuals committed to making a difference, we believe everyone deserves access to life-saving medical equipment.
At OxyCare Uganda, we specialize in 1) enhancing human resources for health by recruiting, training, and deploying biomedical technicians at local and hard-to-reach hospitals; 2) maintaining, repairing, and distributing oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, and other medical supplies; 3) increasing access to oxygen by training health facility oxygen users and creating community awareness; and 4) preventing deaths related to lack of oxygen among vulnerable groups, including newborns and children.
