"oxyGEN is about connecting with others, making a difference in your world and to continue learning" There are some essential needs that all humans share – the need to connect with other living things, the need to feel hope, the need to be useful, the need to learn and grow, the need to have a life that has meaning and purpose and the need to be remembered by others as having brought them joy and made a difference in the world – however small. The purpose of the Global Exec Network ticks all these boxes. the catalyst for creating this group is that I have grown a broad network of people who live and work in many parts of the world but who all share similar leadership values and aspirations - and I want to be a conduit to bring this amazing network of truly wonderful people together to connect with each other and to use this to leverage a common purpose and meaning. The extraordinary power of bringing a group of individuals who understand that trust is at the heart of true leadership and that the path to trust is through vulnerability and courage – to let yourself be truly seen. When you start with a baseline of trust and vulnerability the foundation is unshakeable –OXYGEN- Global Executive Network has the potential to influence and change through collaboration, innovative thinking and powerful communication.
