MISSION
The Young Professionals Network (YPN) seeks to continue the legacy of Overtown Youth Center & Honey Shine, where community wellness will serve as the heart of our organization and remain the forefront in decision-making. We aim to develop relationships that continue to serve the children and families in the community. We strive to raise funds that directly impact the students and families of Overtown & surrounding communities. We look to provide and serve as powerful, positive young mentors in the community.
VISION
The Young Professionals Network (YPN) vision is to build capital and create a culture for young professionals to give back to the community of Overtown.Our members share in the bond of mentoring youth towards a better and brighter future.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
The position of the Young Professionals Network (YPN)is to leverage the talents and connections of the board and its members to build programs and execute the mission and vision of the organization. The YPN will position itself to run sufficiently while also serving the guidance and direction of the Overtown Youth Center and its Board.
