Oz’s Executive Chef, Brad Feickert, hails from nearby Purcellville, Virginia. Prior to joining the team at Oz, Chef Brad trained at award-winning restaurants in both Melbourne and Sydney, alongside esteemed Chef Ben Shewry at Attica, ranked as the 32nd best restaurant in the world. You will find some of the highest quality meats and seafood from Australia’s well-known open terrain and vast coastlines throughout the menu.
