Ozado, through an affiliate entity Deltec International Group, represents multi-family offices comprised of European, Latin American, and Asian investors who are seeking access to direct investments in North America. Deltec International Group has a history of over 60 years of global direct investment experience across a range of geographies and industries. Ozado provides its investors with direct access to “off market” investment opportunities that are unique and uncorrelated to public market and/or other private equity funds. Ozado provides its investment partners with a proprietary network of deal origination, deal structuring, and execution, as well as post investment asset management and strategic advice. Ozado seeks to invest $20 to $50 million per investment, throughout the capital structure, with risk adjusted returns ranging from 20% to 40% depending on the investment type.
