O&C is a firm specialized in the management, optimization, and monetization of creation, image, and performance rights. We support artists, producers, labels, studios, athletes, and cultural organizations in legally structuring their works, securing their rights (author, neighboring, image…), and activating new revenue streams such as sync licensing, sponsorships, licensing deals, and secondary exploitations. Founded by Josué ABELLI, O&C is built on a core belief: “rights are strategic assets.” Our hybrid model — positioned between legal firm, strategic agent, and non-owning publisher — allows us to intervene precisely at every stage of the value chain. O&C also offers a complete workflow for multi-catalogue structures, combining rights audit, structuring, tracking tools, reporting, contract negotiation, drafting, as well as monetization strategies and optimization planning. Based in Paris, we are also developing an international network of partners and trained Rights Agents who operate according to our methodology.
