Our two core focus points are Executive Coaching and New Leader Coaching. Executive Coaching can help you to re-focus, adapt and overcome by forming new strategies for current and upcoming challenges. As a leader and achiever you see the routines, processes, and rituals that are zeroing in on you, encumbering your own strategies and abilities. Your next step is to find a way to creatively deal with such constraints and this process needs to unleash your potential again, to effectively rise up to new challenges from a different angle. New Leader-Coaching helps you to reflect on your new role and build strategies and confidence to ensure a successful transition into your new role as a leader. Stepping up into a leadership role is truly a challenge and can impact entire careers. Professionals may find themselves overwhelmed by new responsibilities and often face lower performance evaluations than in their old non-leadership roles. We collaborate with several coaches on the ground in the UK, Germany and Turkey.
