BlueCloud Networks Ltd in partnership with GT Bank and MasterCard has built a virtual community called Ozone Express with a membership cap of 200,000. Members of the community have an exclusive right to own an Ozone Express membership card. This is a prepaid card which offers members (the card holder) convenience, security and control.
