Ozymandias Intelligence is a strategic change agency helping change leaders and their organisations to navigate transformations for planetary health, climate resilience and societal well-being. Using sustainability science, organisational transformation, systems thinking and psychology, we capacity build, consult and research to help various organisations effectively navigate change towards just, sustainable futures, With our unique action research approach, we co-discover, design and implement intelligence solutions, strategizing and guiding therapeutic transformations at team, organisational, and societal levels. Our clientele is as broad and inclusive as the change we seek to instigate: NGOs, startups, innovation agencies, climate thinktanks, activist organisations, select universities and ethical companies, but this is not exhaustive. In these turbulent times, we confront destructive, powerful human forces reshaping our economies, cultures and societies, breaking down the living systems upon which we depend. This traumatic transformation is happening. We need the right transformations to sustain and regenerate a just, safe, habitable world for everyone. Our services aim to foster resilience and collective agency in movements that advance systemic justice, supporting all initiatives that rehabilitate and sustain life in all its forms. The time for organised transformation towards regenerative ways of living and working is long overdue. We work on these possibilities whilst disruptively innovating the system which continues to mortgage out our future. This future begins with galvanising ourselves – and carving out space – to heal and thrive, ensuring the resilience, well-being and sustainability of future generations and the Earth system itself.
