P-ick

The P-ick App is an innovative, multilingual tool designed to help youth and people with language barriers find internships, jobs and vocational training (Duale Ausbildung). Using gamified assessments and AI, it matches users with opportunities that fit their interests and skills. The app enables direct communication with companies via phone, chat, or video calls and offers multilingual tutorials. Additionally, it involves parents/guardians in supporting their children’s career transitions. Developed in collaboration with educational and employment institutions, P-ick addresses job market gaps and enhances communication between internship/job/vocational training seekers and companies.
