The app enables direct communication with companies via phone, chat, or video calls and offers multilingual tutorials. Additionally, it involves parents/guardians in supporting their children’s career transitions. Developed in collaboration with educational and employment institutions, P-ick addresses job market gaps and enhances communication between internship/job/vocational training seekers and companies.
