With a highly skilled workforce and cutting edge CNC capacity from Walter, Studer, Mazak & Sodick we can create round shank or flat form production tooling in Carbide, HSS, or with Brazed Carbide or PCD.
Tooling can be designed wholly around the customer's specific application from Component data, reverse engineered or from their drawings.
The company also refurbishes HSS and Carbide Tooling.
Subcontract capacity is available on Wire EDM and fast Hole Drill, CNC Profile Grinding, Blank Preparation, Laser Marking and Turnmill ops (Mazak J200 Integrex)
