P&M Logistics and Shipping is a 100% black female-owned company that specialises in long haul service of dry bulk, hazardous chemical cargo and general cargo. The company started off as a family-owned business with two trucks and over the years has grown with a fleet of over 12 vehicles while employing a medium sized team.
The company was founded in 2015 by the current CEO Lungile Ntuli, who had a vision of becoming an integral player in the transport industry and leave her mark in what was known as a white dominated industry.
