Established in 1979, P15 Plastics is a Leicester based trade house with a wealth of expertise and experience with both technical moulding and commercial plastic product manufacture, providing a complete production facility for Product and POP/POS designers and facilitators.
We offer a design development service which allows you to approach us with projects at any stage, from conceptual work through to design for production and whilst we specialise in plastics, we can also incorporate other materials into your products.
Our in-house facilities include:
• Injection Moulding Tooling – we design and manufacture single or multi-impression injection moulding tools in either aluminium or steel
• Injection Moulding – we currently have 7 Negri Bossi moulding machines, providing a clamp force from 62 to 400 tonnes and a flexibility to mould products with an injected material weight from 10gms to 2800gms
• Vacuum Forming – All aspects of manufacture are covered, from tool manufacture through to the production of items with a maximum sheet size of 1080 x 1600mm.
• CNC Routing & Fabrication – We have three 3 Axis CNC routers available which can produce items with a maximum area of 3m x 1.2m.
We can also provide heat bending facilities and the combining of components manufactured by any of the above processes.
• Digital & Screen Printing, Hot Foil blocking (to a maximum area of 1m x 0.8m), assembly & packing
