PAB'S PACKS is a nonprofit organization founded by teenagers, for teenagers. Founders Abbie Nelson and Pia Phillips started PAB'S PACKS out of their desire to make a difference. After both girls received chronic illness diagnoses, they spent a lot of time the hospital, The girls, with the help of their families and friends, created PAB'S PACKS to fill the comfort and encouragement gap they saw for chronically ill, hospitalized teens.
PAB'S PACKS vision is reach every chronically ill teenager through partnerships with every major children's hospital across all 50 states. PAB'S PACKS completes its mission by donating custom designed backpacks filled select items for adolescents aged 10-19 to use both during their hospital stays and at home. Since 2015, we've donated over 2,100 packs with the generous support of our donors and partners.
