The Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic represents a wide variety of environmental groups, from nationwide groups like NRDC, to smaller, more local groups like Riverkeeper and Save the Pine Bush, to very small community organizations. We take on cases where the environment is put at risk, and the group needs pro bono representation. We are able to provide that representation through student interns, who are authorized to practice in New York Courts under the Clinic's supervision.
