We have reduced the costs of companies such as Scottish Power, Vattenfall, ENBW and Northland Power, and parts of larger groups such as Total Energies and BP. We have also enjoyed tremendous success working in the public sector, identifying very significant cost reductions for the Energy Sector.
We were able to generate cost reductions of up to 64% for these organisations. We did so on a genuine and sustainable basis with minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations and have published written references for around 100 assignments.
Our consultative approach, which we adopt for all assignments, involves discussing and agreeing major decisions with clients at every step of the process.
