Hello! We’re Pacey Wingent Dickson (PWD Property), an independent estate agency based in Bookham with over 44 years of experience covering Surrey and South-West London. After stepping away from a large corporate estate agent, the three of us, Tim Pacey, Louis Wingent and Christian Dickson decided to embark on our own journey to provide a more personal approach to property. Since we began trading in April 2024, we have been successfully running our business in an office located in Effingham, off the high street, but we are now extremely proud to be working in our first front office in Bookham. Our bright and welcoming office is located on Lower Road, next to the square roundabout-feel free to drop by and say hello!
