Pacific Almond, LLC is a family-owned and operated custom almond hulling, shelling, and raw brown skin & inshell processing facility. Pacific Almond offers comprehensive processing services, including custom hulling, shelling, sizing, X-ray sorting, laser sorting, color sorting, manual sorting, and packaging of raw brown skin almonds and inshell. Our advanced inventory control system provides clients with easily accessible, up-to-date inventory and grower reports, ensuring accurate product traceability. We offer flexible packaging options for further processing, including 1 metric ton, 50 lb., and 25 lb. containers for almond kernels, and 50 lb. sacks for inshell, catering to diverse end-user requirements globally. Our processed almonds are utilized in a wide range of applications, such as roasting, confectionery, blanching, flavoring, nut and fruit mixes, slicing, and dicing.
