Initially formed as a search fund, our focus has evolved to include the pursuit of minority and control investments, operational consulting projects, and outsourced investment execution for institutional private equity funds and family offices. Our investment activities are focused around equity investments between $5mm to $100mm into businesses generating a minimum of $1mm in cash flow. We are sector-agnostic but have extensive experience in energy, power, industrial, SaaS, healthcare services, business services, and security / life safety. On a more limited basis, we leverage our industry and operational experience to provide operating companies, entrepreneurs, and investors with a range a value-added consulting services.
