Pacific Nursing Solutions recruits nurses from the Philippines to the USA. We sponsor Filipino and other international nurses through the United States EB-3 employment-based visa program, providing access to premier healthcare opportunities in the USA. Our nurses are hand-selected by our founders, and placements are generally made through our extensive network in the Pacific Northwest— a region renowned for its medical research, stunning landscapes, and excellent career opportunities. We partner with nursing candidates to be their primary source of guidance during this process including through the NCLEX, IELTS, and immigration and placement processes. Our passion for nurse recruiting is driven by our founder Arsie’s immigration from the Philippines and her long-standing successful career in cardiac and ICU nursing in the USA. Arsie discovered her passion for nursing while caring for her sick sister and has inspired her siblings to pursue nursing degrees in the Philippines and nursing careers in the USA and Dubai.
