Items purchased online or in person can be delivered either in person on shipped fully insured to the client's door. We also buy and sell diamonds and high-end rubies, emeralds, and sapphires. In order to offer the lowest prices possible (lower than online diamond megastores), we typically do not keep an inventory on hand but source diamonds for our clients through our worldwide network of diamond wholesalers. Other important services we provide are jewelry insurance appraisals from GIA-certified gemologists on staff, jewelry repair, old jewelry purchases for the precious metal content, and metal assaying using x-ray fluorescence analysis. We are headquartered in Sausalito, CA and have three SF Bay Area retail locations along with a state-of-the-art online shopping cart.
